Why it matters
ATHs are where supply meets psychology: previous buyers finally break even and sell (resistance), while breakout buyers pile in (momentum). Buying exactly at euphoric ATHs is the classic beginner mistake — not because ATHs can’t go higher, but because risk/reward there demands a plan, not excitement.
