Tokenomics
No dedicated gas token dynamics dominate (fees in ETH); the economic story is Polygon’s broader ecosystem (POL) funding proving infrastructure. Operator economics — who pays for proving — shape centralization more than any token schedule here.
Ecosystem
DeFi deployments ported from mainnet, payments experiments, and developers choosing cryptographic finality over optimistic dispute games. Activity remains smaller than optimistic leaders — the market currently prices EVM-liquidity-network-effects above proof strength.
